Incorrigible from the age of two he eventually joined the White Fence gang and was soon sentenced to the Youth Authority, then to state prison. An early pioneer in the Mexican Mafia, Kilroy would be considered one of the most violent and powerful members spending over 40 years in Folsom, Tracy, San Quentin, and Pelican Bay.
